About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and experienced Internal Communications Officer to join the Combined Authority’s Communications and Marketing team.
You will play a key role in delivering our internal communications programme to help our 1,100 employees feel informed, engaged and connected.
You will create and deliver effective, inclusive and high-quality internal communications content, campaigns and projects that connect with our diverse employees, celebrate their achievements and create a sense of shared purpose and commitment to the vision, aims and behaviours of the Combined Authority.

About the person
With an impressive track record of delivering quality content, strong writing and editing skills and creative flair, you will work closely with the Internal Communications Manager to support the smooth running of our internal communications programme and activities.
You’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, be a team player, with great interpersonal skills, bags of enthusiasm and an excellent understanding of internal communications principles.
