Core Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role is to develop and lead the internal communications and play an integral role in shaping the culture of this fast-growing organisation. We also collaborate with various other organisations, including our Member firms and, the Post Office, to ensure that collectively we are delivering the best possible outcomes for our community and this role will help ensure we’re engaging as effectively as possible with these key business partners.

The key responsibilities of this role are:
Develop and deliver our internal and engagement communications strategy to effectively share our story and celebrate our successes with colleagues, working with teams across the company to gather engaging content
Develop communications plans and channels to foster a positive and informed work environment, embedding our shared values and mindsets
Work with our Senior Management Team to provide advice and communication tools to help them inspire and connect colleagues with our purpose and strategy
Develop plans for effectively updating colleagues on operational processes, internal policies and systems
Work closely with our HR team and use insight from our app-based staff engagement tool to help guide our internal communications work
Develop and deliver two-way engagement strategies with key external business partners such as Banking Hub Operators and Member Firms.
